باب الوصايا وقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : وصية الرجل مكتوبة عنده. وقال الله عز وجل- كتب عليْكُمْ إِذا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ
In the name of Allah,
the most Beneficent, the most Merciful
THE BOOK OF WAṢÃYÃ (Wills and Testaments)
(1) CHAPTER. The Wills and the Statement of the Prophet: One should have his last will and testament written and ready always.'
الموت إن ترك خيرا الوصية عز وجل And the Statement of Allah
للوالدين - إلى - جنها - جنها : مثلاً ،
متجانف: متمايل".
'It is prescribed for you; when death approaches any of you, if he leaves wealth, that he make a bequest to parents (up to)...
but he
who fears from a testator some unjust (2:180-182)
