CHAPTER 1
بني الله الخز الحمر
in the name of Allah,
the most Beneficent, the most Merciful
الإخلاص واحضَارُ النِّيَّةِ فِي جَمِيعِ الْأَعْمَالِ
SINCERITY AND SIGNIFICANCE OF INTENTIONS IN ALL ACTIONS
قَالَ اللهُ تعالى
( 1 ) وَمَا أُمِرُوا إِلا لِيَعْبُدُ واالله مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ حُنَفَاء وَيُقِيمُوا الصَّلوةَ وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكَوةَ وَذَلِكَ دِينُ القيمة .
( ۲ ) لَن يَنَالَ اللَّهَ لُحُومُهَا وَلَا دِمَاؤُهَا ولكن يَنَالُهُ التَّقُوى مِنْكُمُ
(۳) ( قُلْ اِنْ تُخْفُو مَا فِي صُدُورِكُم أوتُبُدُوهُ يَعْلَمُهُ اللهُ .
Allah, the Exalted says :
(1) And they have been commanded no more than this to worship Allah offering Him sincere devotion being true (in faith) to establish; and to practise regular charity and that is the religion right and straight.
(98: 5)
(2) By no means can their flesh reach unto Allah nor their blood; but piety on your part reaches Him.
(22:37)
(3) Say (0' Muḥammad) whether you hide that which is in your breast or disclose it, Allah knows it. (3:29)
